Nia Castro
Nia Castro is a REALTOR® serving the Greater St. Cloud area, with a passion for helping families understand the opportunities that homeownership can create. Nia purchased their first home at just 21 years old with her husband Jose, and she is grateful they understood early on the importance of homeownership and the role it can play in building long-term wealth.
As a mom of six, Nia spent more than 10 years homeschooling her children. Community outreach, volunteering, celebrating milestones, and finding creative ways to serve others were an important part of their family life. Those experiences developed a natural desire to help wherever needed—something Nia was excited to discover fit seamlessly into a career in real estate.
In 2025, Nia was honored with the St. Cloud Area Association of REALTORS® Community Service Award. She brings that same heart for service to her clients by educating them, helping them understand their options, and empowering them to make informed decisions for their families.
Nia believes homeownership is both an important right and a powerful wealth-building tool. She is also passionate about supporting locally owned small businesses, connecting newcomers with the Greater St. Cloud community, and promoting the entrepreneurs who help local communities grow and thrive.
